Terms of Service

Kallysto is a platform that lets content creators build a public personal page, receive reactions from their audience on suggested videos/content, receive financial support via PIX (“boosts” and donations), and subscribe to paid plans with extra customization features for their page.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• The information provided at signup must be truthful and kept up to date.
• You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account.
• An account is personal and non-transferable — selling, sharing, or handing off access to others isn't allowed.

Kallysto offers recurring (monthly) subscription plans with extra page-customization features. Billing is processed by Stripe and renews automatically each cycle until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard — access to plan features remains active until the end of the period already paid for, with no prorated refund for the current period, except where required by law.

Prices may be adjusted with prior notice; the new price only applies starting from the next renewal.

Supporters can send money to a creator (a “boost”, tied to a reaction suggestion, or a standalone donation) via PIX, processed by our payment partner Asaas.

• The amount received by the creator is the amount paid by the supporter, minus the PIX processing fee (charged by the payment gateway itself) and Kallysto's service fee, disclosed before the payment is confirmed.
• PIX payments are, by nature, instant and non-reversible. We don't guarantee refunds for boosts or donations already confirmed, except in cases of proven billing error or fraud.
• Payout to the creator depends on the creator having a valid PIX key registered; Kallysto isn't responsible for delays caused by incorrect payout details entered by the creator.

You're solely responsible for the content you publish on your page (bio, links, reaction comments, etc.). By using Kallysto, you agree not to:

• Publish illegal, defamatory, discriminatory content, or content that violates others' rights;
• Use the platform for scams, fraud, or money laundering, including through simulated boosts/donations;
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data that isn't yours;
• Interfere with the platform's operation (e.g. abusive automation, attempts to bypass usage limits).

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, without prior notice in cases of fraud or risk to the platform or other users. You can close your account at any time from the platform settings. Active subscriptions must be canceled separately, before or during the closure process, as described in section 4.

Kallysto's brand, design, and code belong to the platform. Content you publish remains your property — by publishing it, you grant Kallysto a license to display it publicly on your page, as a normal part of operating the service.

Kallysto is provided “as is.” We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service or that it will be error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Kallysto isn't liable for indirect losses arising from use of the platform, including temporary unavailability or payout delays caused by third parties (payment providers, infrastructure providers).

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice on the platform before taking effect. Continued use of Kallysto after a change means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kallysto's home jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.
